We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to support our nursing program and students.

Please DO NOT apply if you dont have these requirements:

MSN degree, Education or Master of Science degree in Nursing
3+ years prior leadership/administration experience (in hospital/academics programs/education)
2+ years of effective teaching, service, and scholarly activities
3+ years of clinical experience or management skills with planning, assessment, and evaluation processes.
Active/Clear RN License (Multistate Accepted)

You will:

Lead your own program with continued support from the leadership team.
Build and grow your own team.
See the impact of your work right away with community partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the nursing program (faculty, students, outcomes)
Support accreditation and compliance
Hire, coach, and grow your faculty team
Improve student success and NCLEX results
Build strong clinical partnerships
Help expand the program and future cohorts

Position:

Full-time/40-hours per week with hybrid schedule
Salary: $110-130k per year.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8a-5p | Working in-person and remotely.
Bonus: We accept mulitstate RN license and Relocation bonus.
