Grow Your Leadership Career.Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN).Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you'll help guide daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We're looking for a collaborative nursing leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving challenges, and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.What You'll DoPartner with the Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operation of the nursing department.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff while promoting professional growth.Help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.Assist with quality improvement initiatives, audits, and survey preparedness.Support staffing, scheduling, clinical oversight, and resident care initiatives.Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families to promote outstanding clinical outcomes.Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered culture throughout the nursing department.QualificationsActive RN license required.
