Salary: $101,742.87 - $137,651.91 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Assist in directing services, workflow and resources for assigned long-term care nursing area.
  • Assist in developing, organizing and implementing clinical services and programs.
  • Communicate policies, expected outcomes, work routines, and work procedures to clinical staff.
  • Assist with implementation and evaluation of quality of care including ongoing auditing of quality indicators.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges and transfer to ensure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.
  • Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. 

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
