Description
Reporting to the Director of Nursing Assistant Directors of Nursing oversee an assigned shift within the Medical Unit of the Allegheny County Jail. Incumbents are responsible for scheduling orienting training supervising and evaluating the nursing and ancillary health services staff on their assigned shifts. Additionally Assistant Directors of Nursing coordinate and administer healthcare for incarcerated individuals. This role offers a compressed schedule of 12-hour shifts with coverage opportunities for current shifts including 500AM-500PM 700AM-0700PM 500PM- 500AM and 700PM- 700AM subject to change.
About Company
The County owns and maintains 521 Bridges and 378 miles of Roads. It also provides maintenance of the grounds for nine (9) County parks consisting of over twelve (12) thousand acres of park land.
