We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join a highly respected, luxury senior living community in Naples, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SNF nurse leader who is looking for a well-supported leadership role with a strong team, excellent benefits, and no on-call requirement.

This position functions at an ADON/Unit Manager level, providing clinical leadership, staff support, and oversight of daily nursing operations within the skilled nursing unit.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required
• SNF/LTC experience required
• Previous SNF management or nursing leadership experience required
• Experience as an ADON, Unit Manager, Assistant DON, or similar nursing leadership role strongly preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
• Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly polished and experienced SNF RN leader who understands both the clinical and operational sides of skilled nursing. This could be an experienced Unit Manager or ADON who is ready for a strong long-term opportunity with a respected organization.
