Position Summary
The ADON supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services and staff
- Monitor care delivery for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance

- Assist with scheduling, staff development, and in-service education
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with infection prevention and regulatory compliance activities
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing

Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN license required
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
