Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced nursing professional to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations. This full-time leadership position is open to qualified RN or LPN candidates with skilled nursing or long-term care experience.
What We Offer
Salary: $90,000 for RNs / $80,000 for LPNs

Responsibilities
Assist with nursing department operations and staff supervision
Promote quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Support staff training, coaching, and performance
Identify clinical needs and recommend improvements
Work with the DON and Administrator to maintain effective nursing services
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in good standing
SNF or long-term care experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to make independent decisions and manage competing priorities
