    Description

    The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant resident care. The ADON assists with daily nursing operations, staff supervision, clinical oversight, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Active RN license required.
    • Previous SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred.
    • Prior nursing leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or management experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, resident rights, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
