Dermott City Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Dermott, AR. The ADON will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursing leadership role within a long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and related healthcare software.
