Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
Compensation & Benefits
RN: $100,000 per year
LPN: $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
Assist with the daily management of nursing services and clinical operations.
Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff.
Monitor resident care and regulatory compliance.
Support staff training, coaching, and performance management.
Identify opportunities for improvement and promote positive resident outcomes.
Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required.
Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
