Assistant Director of Men’s Integrated Services
Location: Stamford, Connecticut
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Lead clinical staff and daily operations in a men’s residential behavioral health program, helping clients navigate treatment, recovery, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do
Supervise clinical counselors, provide individual and group supervision, and audit clinical records.
Manage residential operations, treatment schedules, and 24/7 staffing coverage.
Maintain a clinical caseload and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Oversee treatment plans, documentation, data reporting, and compliance.
Manage client crises and grievances while coordinating with leadership and external partners.
What You’ll Need
Full, active Connecticut clinical license: LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT.
Supervisory or director-level experience in a residential mental health or substance use treatment facility.
Experience managing a clinical caseload and treating substance use disorders.
Strong clinical leadership, documentation, communication, and operational management skills.
