This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to executive leadership, providing sound HR guidance, identifying organizational and compliance risks, and translating business needs into practical HR solutions.The ideal candidate can move comfortably between the executive table and day-to-day HR operations, demonstrating executive presence, sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to provide clear recommendations while remaining hands-on in the execution of critical HR functions.
