The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, Full-Time MBA Programs, and as part of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Team, the Assistant Director will have the responsibility for implementing the Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Offices (GAFAO) recruitment and enrollment processes for all graduate programs offered by the school. This includes interviewing candidates, reading applications for admission, attending events, presenting and representing Questrom at recruitment and enrollment events worldwide, and assisting with the I-20 process for incoming residential MBA students. This position will work with the Associate Director to develop recruitment and enrollment strategies specifically for our Full-Time MBA, as well as provide support for other graduate programs as needed. The position requires evening and weekend work as well as domestic and international travel.

Required Skills

B.S./B.A., master''s degree preferred, exceptional oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, demonstrated ability to speak and present, and a minimum of three years of experience in admissions, higher education, or similar industry. The position requires evening and weekend work, as well as domestic and international travel.
