Chick-fil-A Hwy 287 & Arapahoe Rd is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Food Safety to join our leadership team.

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Food Safety who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and operational excellence. This hands-on leader will partner with the Back of House Director to monitor food safety practices, develop Team Members, and maintain a food safety-first culture.

Duties and Responsibilities

·      Oversee daily food safety checklists and follow up on completion.

·      Monitor food temperatures, holding times, sanitation, and safe food handling.

·      Conduct routine checks and address food safety concerns promptly.

·      Support preparation for EcoSure evaluations, health inspections, and food safety audits.

·      Maintain accurate food safety records and monitor applicable systems.

·      Train and coach Team Members on food safety and quality standards.

·      Hold the team accountable to Chick-fil-A food safety procedures.

·      Partner with BOH leadership to maintain kitchen readiness and pursue Elite food safety status.

·      Support daily operations and lead shifts as needed.

Required Skills

·      Leadership or food safety experience required.

·      Knowledge of restaurant food safety and sanitation procedures.

·      Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

·      Confident coach who can address concerns and hold others accountable.

·      Dependable, proactive, and calm in a fast-paced environment.

·      Other duties as assigned.

·      ServeSafe Certified
