The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations position will be expected to have a fundamental understanding of all application/admission programs supported within Enrollment Operations to assist in training, developing, and mentoring staff. Will support data integrity by analyzing systems, file loads, routine data manipulation, and merging of files, while maintaining a balance of complex data solutions to increase efficiencies within the enrollment dataset to formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Having a fundamental understanding of all the application/admission programs, this position would be able to assist the processing team in peak times and help to create efficiencies in business strategies. Must be comfortable taking the initiative to communicate recommendations and willing to perform in-depth analysis and research when needed. Partners with Regional Counselors to support volunteer data for Enrollment Management.
