Position Title Assistant Director of Data Integration & Analytics Position Summary
The Data Integration & Reporting Analyst serves as a key contributor within the Enrollment Division. This role supports the division's digital operations by managing secure data exchanges, SFTP environments, API's, automated file transfer workflows, and reporting needs across the division.
The Assistant Director of Data Integration and Analytics ensures data accuracy, reliability, and compliance as information flows between enterprise systems (SIS, CRM, and LMS) and external partners. The position reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Management Systems and works with Enrollment Management division colleagues, to support integrated systems, maintain data integrity, and enable strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education Technologies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering, preferably in a healthcare or health IT environment.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and ETL tools/processes.
3+ years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, and Argos.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working directly with clients
Advanced knowledge of Snowflake, Axiom, Slate CRM, Banner systems
Attention to detail with particularly accuracy in data collection, data cleaning and reporting
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Professional demeanor when working with external stakeholders and senior leadership
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI / data modeling / visualization) preferred.
