Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, the Assistant Director of CFR is a member of The College of New Jersey's Advancement Division's development team. The incumbent is charged with developing and implementing strategies to engage institutional partners more deeply with TCNJ in direct support of The Campaign for TCNJ: Elevating Excellence, a six-year, $76M effort to raise funds for the future of the college.
The incumbent will cultivate and manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects to secure programmatic, capital, and scholarship funds. The Assistant Director of CFR will act as a liaison between the college community and outside partners to solicit foundations and companies. They will also assist with the creation and implementation of comprehensive corporate relations giving and engagement strategies across the college, including the corporate alumni program and Corporate Relations Council.
