    Description

    Neumann University is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the full-time position of Assistant Director of Admission Technology & Operations.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for assisting in day-to-day enrollment operations, including the management of CRM - Technolutions Slate and enrollment processes.
    • Supports all student populations and works collaboratively with university staff involved in the process of recruitment, financial aid, advising, and enrollment of students.
    • Manage reports, email communications, data imports/exports, testing and processing documentation.
    • Provides first tier technology support for Enrollment staff users.
    • Assist in implementation of CRM-related projects.
    • Manage and validate all data imports/exports and maintain optimal data integration into university systems.
    • Manage and support appropriate admission cycle updates and ongoing auditing of Enrollment operations.
    • Support operational and processing effectiveness for entire Enrollment unit.
    • Provide CRM training to current and new Enrollment staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 2+ years of experience within operations or admissions/enrollment management.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a diverse population.
    • Ability to maintain and manage information and documentation accurately.
    • Ability to be proactive, strategic, and meet deadlines accordingly.
    • Must demonstrate a high aptitude for problem solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be goal oriented, self-motivated, and flexible.
    • Candidates must possess an understanding of, appreciation for, and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.
