Looking for a career where you can make an impact?American Swim Academy, with 5 Bay Area locations in Fremont, Newark, Livermore, Dublin, and Walnut Creek, is looking for a career-driven Assistant Director. Under the leadership of the Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for the overall performance and success of the swim school.ScheduleTuesday- Saturday or Sunday- Thursday. The schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45 pm.Responsibilities To ensure the safety of our members and staff by actively monitoring the safety of the swimmers, ensuring all staff members are regularly trained, aware of, and immediately respond to safety issues.  To mentor, train, and develop all staff members.To regularly interact with members, and create an environment focused on exceeding their expectations.To exceed revenue, capacity, and occupancy expectations.
  • To teach high-quality swim lessons to children and adults.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Service-driven management experience
  • Experience in aquatics, education, or recreation
Compensation
  • $62,400  - 63,440 Annual Salary (based on location)
  • Quarterly Bonus* 
*A quarterly bonus is earned based on revenue achievement.
