    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 30+ in FOH operations
    • Develop future leaders
    • Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
    • Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week
    • Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
    • Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
    • Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
    • Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
    • Develop future leaders

    • Experience in team leadership
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong project/time management skills
    • Self-starter with strong follow through
    • Ability to work independently on complex projects

    • Location: On-site at Chick-fil-A S. Colorado & Yale or Broadway & Dartmouth
