    Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time 12-month position as the Assistant Director, Financial Aid in the office of Financial Aid. The Assistant Director is responsible to the Director, Financial Aid to: Counsel families on aid application process while providing honest information about Saint Francis University with an emphasis on the value and importance of a liberal arts education. Overall knowledge of Jenzabar, updates, packaging requirements, processing, troubleshooting and reporting. Process financial aid applications with sensitivity to the diverse student population' needs and attention to special needs of undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, and international students as well as students in the various minority groups represented on campus. Develop financial aid literacy programs and materials for undergraduate and graduate students. Package all students with special emphasis on special populations- GA, Remissions, etc. Title IV Distribution and reconciliation with DOE and Business Office. R2T4 withdrawal process.

    Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is strongly preferred. Significant and progressive experience in financial aid of at least 3 years. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Extensive experience and knowledge with the following software: COD, ELM Resources, FISAP, WS FTP, SQL, Jenzabar, Excel, SalesForce and PowerBuilder; Experience with PHEAA Needs Analysis, NCAA compliance experience preferred.
