Marketing & Enrollment – Primary Focus

  • Grow enrollment and generate new leads.

  • Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.

  • Build relationships with families and the local community.

  • Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing efforts.

  • Track enrollment goals and bring new ideas for growth.

Center Leadership & Operations

  • Partner with the Director to support daily center operations.

  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.

  • Maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.

  • Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.

  • Help ensure strong enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Early Childhood Education and/or childcare leadership experience as well as classroom experience.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Sales and marketing experience with proven results in an Early Childhood Education program coupled with passion for growing enrollment and marketing.

  • Comfortable conducting tours and connecting with families.

  • Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.
