Summary of Position: Assistant Director to support the leadership and daily operations of our Denver Parent Recovery Program. This position partners closely with the Program Director to oversee program services, supervise and develop staff, coordinate participant care, and ensure compliance with program requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a commitment to recovery-oriented services, family preservation, and empowering parents on their recovery journey. Candidates must have significant personal recovery experience and be able to use their lived experience to inspire hope and support positive outcomes for participants and families.
