Assistant Director

The successful candidate must be a hands-on leader who can move comfortably between the security field and the administrative office.

The Assistant Director should demonstrate:

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should ideally have:

Previous experience as a Security Manager, Assistant Director, Operations Manager, Security Supervisor, or similar leadership position.

Experience managing security operations in a shopping center, luxury retail, hospitality, commercial property, or similarly complex environment.

Strong computer and technology skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.

Experience supervising and developing personnel.

Experience preparing professional reports and presentations.

Knowledge of emergency management and incident-response procedures.
