The Assistant Director, Academic Resource Center provides leadership and strategic development of the Academic Resource Center's academic coaching case management system and peer academic support initiatives. This position serves as the point person for the MySuccess Academic Coaching workflow, including referral routing, coaching assignments, alerts, reporting, and database management. This position supervises the Peer Academic Learning Specialists (PALS) and the Academic Resource Center graduate students and oversees the Academic Resource Center study tables. This position leads the assessment and data reporting of academic coaching services, develops communication campaigns, and coordinates support for students on academic probation.
