Summary of Job Duties:
The Assistant Dean of Workforce Education & Training provides operational leadership for certificate and degree programs, ensuring high-quality instruction, effective program delivery, and alignment with industry needs. The position supports faculty, manages academic processes, and coordinates program operations in collaboration with the Associate Vice Chancellor for Workforce & Industry Engagement. The Assistant Dean performs their duties in cooperation with other administrators and in accordance with the policies of the College.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Five years full-time teaching experience
Three years of teaching at the college-level.
Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of the minimum qualifications upon approval of the Chancellor.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree
Three plus years of teaching at the college level
