Reports To: Senior Associate Dean of Admission
Primary Objective
As a key member of the admissions team, the Assistant Dean for Transfers is responsible for the development and execution of a results-driven recruitment strategy, emphasizing active territory management, relationship building, and market outreach to maximize enrollment of a thriving and successful transfer cohort at Lawrence University. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, achieving enrollment goals, and enhancing the university's reputation. The successful candidate will employ a data-informed strategy to identify and convert high-potential candidates while contributing to Lawrence's mission of academic excellence and community.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in admissions or related roles, including experience with transfer admissions.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with database systems and Excel; experience with Slate or similar CRM tools preferred.
Characteristics:

Flexibility:
