Hours/Schedule: 40-50 hours per week, close week can get a bit higher
This job:
Monthly close, accruals, reconciliation, financial statements and oversight of the day to day accounting
Oversight of AP, AR, General Accounting
Standard Cost Accounting
Improve the SOX adherence and process.
Strong team leadership but still very hands on, strong with Data Management
Process Improvement, accountability, and deadline management
Looking for:
BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA is nice to have
5+ years of Accounting experience, preferring larger companies
Strong US GAAP, SOX/Internal Controls
Solid Management skills; Can grow and develop a team
Manufacturing experience is preferred, but others may work
Standard Cost Accounting knowledge is preferred
