Unity Search has been retained by an international, fast-growing North Dallas multi-unit franchising company in its search for an Assistant Controller.
Our client is targeting a highly motivated person with strong leadership and communication skills who is comfortable communicating with people at all levels of an organization. This role will have a variety of accounting responsibilities including but not limited to:
Staff Development and Leadership, Project Management, Corporate Accounting, Process Improvement, Technical Accounting, Internal and External Reporting and Analysis, as well as various Ad Hoc Projects.
The ideal candidate for this role would have 10+ years and a public accounting either audit or accounting consulting - foundation. CPA required.
Compensation for the role will vary with experience but the company is prepared to offer a strong compensation package, including base, cash bonus, and annual equity grant.
