Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Serve as the Assistant Controller supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• 
  
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and oversee account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Partner with the CFO and Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• 
  
• Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and accounting best practices.
• 
  
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and special projects.
• 
  
• Collaborate with outsourced accounting partners responsible for AP and other accounting functions.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 
  
• Proven success as an Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar accounting professional.
• 
  
• Strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs.
• 
  
• The ideal Assistant Controller is collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
