Description
MUST HAVES:

Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience and at least 5 years of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience, with the ability to oversee accounting staff and daily operations.
- Professional services industry experience is required, ideally within a law firm, financial services firm, private equity firm, or accounting firm, with familiarity with partnership-based organizational structures.
- Strong understanding of partnership accounting, partnership tax requirements, and compliance, ideally including Form 1065 preparation, review, or reporting and related filing requirements.
- Experience managing monthly and year-end close processes, General Ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting, along with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present financial information to firm leadership.
Salary:
$160K/Ann. to $175k/Ann.
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
