Location: Upstate SC (Greenville, Boiling Springs, Easley w/some regional travel required)

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 + Bonus

Fast-track your career to Lead Superintendent: We build high-impact commercial, charter school, and K-12 educational facilities across the Upstate. We’re looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Superintendent to work directly alongside our Lead Superintendents with a clear, accelerated path to running your own job sites quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Site Operations: Assist with day-to-day job site management, quality control, and schedule execution.
• Trade Management: Coordinate subcontractors, inspect daily work, and keep trades on schedule.
• Safety First: Enforce OSHA standards, conduct site talks, and keep job sites secure and clean.
• Field Admin: Keep daily logs, track material deliveries, process RFIs, and document site progress.
• Inspections: Help walk municipal building, MEP, and fire inspections.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3+ years in commercial construction (Field Engineer, Foreman, or Assistant Super).
• Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills (Architectural, Structural, MEP) and basic site software knowledge (Procore or similar).
• Certifications: OSHA 10/30 (or ability to obtain).
• Location: Must live in or near the Greenville, Boiling Springs, or Easley area. Valid driver’s license required.
• Mindset: Reliable self-starter with great communication skills and a desire to lead projects independently.
