Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

• Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
• Must have two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week, as needed based on property needs.

Work Days: Monday- Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am- 5:30 pm; Saturday hours vary based on property needs.

Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver's License
