    Highlights

This isn't a small-property role — the volume of leasing, renewals, and day-to-day resident issues on a community this size calls for someone who's already worked at that scale and knows how to keep things running smoothly under real volume. On a community this size, small breakdowns in process show up fast — in unanswered leads, slow turns, or renewals that fall through the cracks.
