Pittsburgh, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Mon-Fri; Daylight Hours

 

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour - $25.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist supports daily operations and financial performance of HUD-assisted and/or LIHTC communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and effective leasing and occupancy management in the absence of the Community Manager.

Requirements for the Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist:

 

  • Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school OR have 6 months of experience OR have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle.
  • Must be a Certified Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD), or equivalent within 18 months of hire.
  • Real Estate License must be obtained within 9 months of employment.
  • Certified Assisted Housing Manager, Certified Tax Credit Specialist is preferred.

From a quiet, humble beginning as the Presbyterian Home in January of 1928, Presbyterian SeniorCare has emerged as western Pennsylvania's largest provider of care and services to older adults (Pittsburgh Business Times, January 2012).
