    About the Role:

    As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be the right hand to the Community Manager, playing a vital role in supporting property operations, resident relations, leasing, and financial performance. You’ll help create a welcoming environment for residents while driving occupancy, ensuring timely rent collection, and contributing to the overall success of the community.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist in managing daily community operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

    • Support leasing efforts by showing apartments, processing applications, and closing leases.

    • Oversee rent collection and enforce lease terms in coordination with the Community Manager.

    • Contribute to budget management, vendor relations, and maintenance coordination.

    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident documentation.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Prior experience in property management, leasing, collections and customer service.

    • Large property experience a must. 500 units plus required.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onesite) a plus.

    • A team-oriented approach and a passion for creating a positive community environment.
