What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Entrata preferred)
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
What You'll Do:
- Support daily property operations
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Help achieve occupancy and financial goals
- Manage delinquency, collections, and resident communications
- Support the Community Manager with team leadership and operations
