The Assistant Coach, Women's Rowing will perform administrative duties, on-water instructional education, and support in recruiting efforts under the direction of the Head Coach of the Stanford Women''s Rowing program. This position a fixed -termed based on the Stanford main campus.
Your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years collegiate or professional coaching experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong interpersonal skills in working with student-athletes, peers and the general public.
Computer literacy with common office applications such as Word, Excel, G-Suite applications.
Ability to navigate and manage programs Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of staff and personnel in the Department of Athletics, the
University and the community.
