What You’ll Do:
The Assistant Clinical Director ensures that all operations and programing operates efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction. The Assistant Clinical Director monitors care coordination and quality of care to identify areas for improvement and oversees the work performance of all assigned clinical staff. The Assistance Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or equivalent in the behavior health field
Experience: 3 years of post-licensure experience
Licensure: Current Texas license as an LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW or LCSW-S
Certifications: CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
