Job Announcement
The City of Chandler Law Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Assistant City Prosecutor II. The position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Current City of Chandler employees may only hold one position and are not eligible for additional part-time or secondary positions within the City of Chandler.

The Law Department serves as the legal advisor to the City Council, City Manager and all City departments, and represents the City in all legal proceedings. The Prosecutors Office is a section of the Law Department and is responsible for the prosecution of criminal misdemeanor cases in City Court and appeals to the Superior Court, Court of Appeals and the State Supreme Court.

Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are seeking to perform advanced and professional work in handling misdemeanor prosecutions in the City; handles charges, pretrials, trials and the appeals process.

Minimum qualifications
This is a regular full-time position, subject to a 6-month probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months should another position become available.
All applicants hired will be required to be fingerprinted with successful results as a condition of continued employment.
