Essential Job Duties Include:Receives direction and prioritization of projects from supervisorConducts preventive maintenance according to schedules and documents maintenance donePerforms repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and groundsPerforms routine electrical and plumbing repairRepairs heating and air conditioning as neededPerforms finish work as neededMakes deliveries and pick-ups if neededMakes visual inspections of buildings and grounds continuallyPerforms routine carpenter work as neededPerforms pool and spa testing of chemicals, records levels and adds chemicals as neededPerforms repairs on pool heaters and pumpsPerforms troubleshooting and repairs not limited to TVs, telephones, wireless and wired internet devicesMaintains tools and order in shop and storage areas.
