The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a talented Assistant Catering Manager to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing a wide range of catered events, ensuring every detail is delivered with excellence. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism while performing under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity for a positive, detail-oriented leader with a strong foundation in foodservice who is passionate about teamwork and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 - $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
