What You'll Do

• Lead and support daily catering operations with excellence, urgency, and professionalism
• Take ownership of by ensuring needed inventory and staff are available to complete catering orders
• Ensure catering orders are accurate, timely, and create an exceptional guest experience
• Coach, encourage, and hold team members accountable to high standards and deadlines
• Help grow our catering business by building meaningful relationships with new guests
• Help fulfill our mission to Be Better, Be Second and exemplify our values (positivity, growth, ownership, ambition, leadership)

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment

• A coachable attitude with a desire to grow personally and professionally
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
