    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    The incumbent is responsible for providing superior banking
    services to customers in a professional, efficient manner,
    maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service
    quality in a complex retail environment not traditionally nor
    primarily associated with the sale of banking services.
    Through in-depth product knowledge, provides customers with a
    clear understanding of the technical aspects and benefits of Jeff
    Bank consumer products and services. Aggressively sells and
    facilitates the cross sale of all Jeff Bank products and
    services. Works independently and proactively to increase
    business activity and expand Jeff Bank customer base through
    successful selling and prospecting techniques, contributing to
    the achievement of overall office growth goals. Asset size of
    location $25,000,000. & up.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    1. Demonstrates core values and guiding principles as outlined
    in the Bank's Mission, Vision and Value Statements of which
    the following are illustrative:

    a. Gives exceptional customer service to both internal
    and external customers by providing prompt, polite and
    effective communication.

    b. Participates as a member of the team.

    c. Positively and proactively contributes to the Bank's
    Strategic Plan.

    d. Demonstrates support of Management.

    2. Ensures that all activities and work functions adhere to
    compliance requirements as are defined in company policies
    and procedures as well as state/federal laws and regulations.

    3. Expand the customer base through a technical knowledge of
    retail services, products, and the use of effective selling
    techniques. Cross-sell all products and services, deposit
    and loan products to achieve desired growth and profitability.

    4. Promote electronic banking products and services in
    order to increase transaction volume of ATM.

    5. Achieve assigned product sales and service quality goals,
    contributing to the achievement of goals for overall office
    growth.

    6. Provide excellent customer service, following up on
    resolving inquiries in a timely and complete manner, to
    ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    7. Develop and maintain an in-depth product knowledge of
    all consumer products and services as a basis for
    effective selling. Refer customer product inquiries to
    the appropriate specialists and departments as needed.

    8. Process all financial transactions in a timely, accurate
    manner. Provide customer deposit services such as opening
    accounts, approving checks for cashing and answering
    questions concerning accounts, loans, statements, etc.,
    making referrals as necessary. Process teller transactions,
    such as the acceptance of payments and deposits.

    9. Provides consumer loan services to customers of the
    Credit Services as follows:

    a. Obtains reviews and analyzes applications and
    financial information.

    b. Approves loans based on credit policy limits.

    10. May assist in the training and supervision of staff.
    Can act in the capacity of branch manager.

    11. Cooperates with, participates in and supports the adherence
    to all internal policies, procedures and practices in
    support of risk management and overall safety and soundness
    and the bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements,
    e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Equal Credit
    Opportunity Act, etc., including but not limited to BSA and
    AML (awareness when processing cash deposits, sale of
    monetary instruments, structured deposits, and incoming and
    outgoing wires), insuring that the department and all
    personnel adhere to the same.

    12. Obtains and maintains annually registration with the
    National Mortgage and Licensing System and Registry as
    required under the provisions of the SAFE Act.

    ANCILLARY DUTIES

    1. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

    Salary Information

    Starting at $62,000.
