Pay: $18/HR Weekly Pay + Commission.
What You'll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:
- Create outstanding experiences for customers at every stage of the rental process.
- Support location sales goals through consultative selling and service excellence.
- Learn and apply effective sales strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through professionalism and problem-solving.
Learn Business Operations:
- Gain hands-on experience managing fleet logistics, inventory, and vehicle availability.
- Support daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Develop an understanding of how operational decisions impact overall business performance.
Support Fleet & Facility Excellence:
- Assist with vehicle preparation, cleaning, and quality inspections to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Help maintain lot organization and efficient vehicle flow.
- Support team members with operational and customer service needs as they arise.
Develop Financial & Administrative Skills:
- Learn key business and financial processes that support branch profitability.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and transaction completion.
- Understand performance metrics and how successful locations achieve results.
Build Leadership Skills:
- Partner with experienced leaders to learn the fundamentals of branch management.
- Develop skills in coaching, scheduling, team engagement, and performance management.
- Participate in structured leadership training designed to prepare you for future management opportunities.
- Learn how your role contributes to the overall success and growth of the business.
