SALARY: Salary to be established by The Barbour County Board of Education Salary Schedule

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for leading and managing the athletic program in accordance with the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) and National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) guidelines. The coach will oversee all aspects of the team's development, safety, and performance while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
