What We're Looking For?The ideal candidate is someone who brings:
- Consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through
- Professionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and pace
- Comfort working with their hands and following precise baking and frosting standards
- Ability to be cross-trained and the flexibility to jump in where needed
- Holidays: We are extremely busy leading up to major holidays. Candidates must be available for their assigned shifts and may be asked to work an additional shift or two during these high-volume weeks.
Ideal candidate would be available at minimum Monday-Thursday 9:00am-3:30pm. More hours available if needed. Must be 18.
