    As an Assistant Automotive Area Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Zone Manager in the daily oversight of site operations. Your role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, driving financial performance, and ensuring every team member adheres to company standards. Reporting directly to the Zone Manager and Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in executing growth strategies, elevating the customer experience, and coaching the team to meet and exceed company objectives.What we offerCompetitive compensation with up to $60,000 and growth opportunities!Payroll processed weekly with direct depositHealthcare options including medical, vision, and dental401(k) savings and retirement plansLife insurancePaid time offWhat we are looking forRespectful and reliable with a positive “team-builder” mindset.3+ years Automotive/Detail experience.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment.Present yourself well with a clean , professional appearance .Respectful and professional communication .Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Pass drug screening and background check.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent adherence to company procedures and standards.Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.Promote a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high morale.Ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction across all sites.Assist with address and resolve complex customer issues, providing guidance to Site Managers on maintaining customer relationships.Ensure all sites comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Promote a safe work environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift.
