Assistant Automotive Area Manager

Position Summary:

As an Assistant Automotive Area Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Zone Manager in the daily oversight of site operations. Your role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, driving financial performance, and ensuring every team member adheres to company standards. Reporting directly to the Zone Manager and Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in executing growth strategies, elevating the customer experience, and coaching the team to meet and exceed company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high morale.
• Ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction across all sites.
• Assist with address and resolve complex customer issues, providing guidance to Site Managers on maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensure all sites comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe work environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive detail or related industry, overseeing multiple locations or significant projects.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.
