    What to expect in this role


    • Clean air ducts and dryer vents in residential, multi‑unit and commercial settings using professional equipment.
    • Set up and operate equipment according to our proven systems and checklists.
    • Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
    • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers and facility staff.


    Schedule & requirements


    • Full-time, daytime hours most days (typically 10–14 hours), with occasional night jobs depending on the project.
    • Occasional Saturdays are required when customer needs demand.
    • Flexibility for overtime: We go until the job is done—our customers expect thorough work.


    What we are looking for


    • Hands-on experience: Previous hands-on experience in a technical trade (such as construction, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping or similar) of at least 3 years. This role builds on existing trade skills.
    • Physical Requirements: This role involves ongoing physical activity. Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on tasks, including using ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces.
    • Comfort with tools: You’re proficient with basic hand and power tools and enjoy working with your hands.+
